BAND / BIO

Andrew Berman
Andy started playing guitar at age nine and first played professionally at age twelve. He played lead guitar for The Ohio State Jazz Ensemble for three years. He has played with such jazz luminaries as Louie Belson, Art Pepper and Urbie Green. He has also shared the stage with rockers, including Buzzy Linhart and Al Cooper. When not playing he practices oral and maxillofacial surgery and is a professor at Case Western Reserve University. Loves the Marx Brothers, Keaton, Chaplin, The Stooges, J. Tull, but most of all his family.

Dave Goodman

Ken Goodman
Ken Goodman resides in Solon, Ohio with his wife Barb and children Erika, Alex, and Danielle. He practices full time as a family physician in Beachwood, caring for persons of all ages. His hobbies (when not playing trumpet) include camping with his family, snow skiing, billiards and Texas Holdem.

Renee Heller
Renee Heller (piano and vocals) - Born and raised in Cleveland Heights (go Tigers). Graduate of Florida State University (go ‘Noles), with a degree in Music Therapy. Attorney by day; proud wife, mother and grandmother, always. Humbled to be playing with such a talented group of musicians.

Rich Kotila
Rich (bass guitar andvocals) lives in Ashtabula County, where he is the general counsel for TheAndover Bank and has served as the Andover Village law director for over 30years. Active on the greater Clevelandmusic scene since 1977, he just finished 11 years with a folk and Irish band,Compass Rose. The bandleader describedRich as "a recovering rock musician". He appears to have relapsed . . .

"No pharmaceutical product could ever equal the rush you get when the band hitsthat groove, the people are dancing, shouting, and swaying, and the house isrockin'." Elwood Blues, Blues Brothers 2000.

Jeff Robbins
Jeff Robbins lives in Beachwood with his wife Barbara. He is the National Director of Podiatric Services for the Veterans Health Administration in Washington DC and is field based in Cleveland, Ohio. Musically he started with piano at age 5, and quickly moved to brass instruments (for which his piano teacher was most grateful). Ultimately he moved to rhythm guitar in late high school. He had his musical debut at the famed Severance Hall in Cleveland Ohio with the Cleveland Pops Orchestra where he did a cameo appearance playing (of all things) the anvil! While his travel schedule and the band take up most of his time, he likes spending his remaining time with his friends and family, especially his grown children, Carly (Erik) and Jay (Sandy) and his grandchildren Jaden and Jack.

Dennis Schwartz
Dennis Schwartz (Tenor Sax and Arrangements) - fell in love with music at the age of 8 when he first sat down in front of a piano. There has been no stopping him ever since. When Dennis is not on stage rockin’ with REPLAY, you can also hear him performing with various jazz and concert bands in the Cleveland area. You might say that Dennis – who is a financial advisor during the day – owns a portfolio of diversified musical styles.
